Sharon Renee's Story
Greetings Everyone,
My name is Sharon Z, a 1965 PHS graduate. After graduation, I joined the Reserves, Northwest Airlines and college. I was called active duty and served in Southeast Asia and Vietnam 'in-country'.
I married the Love of my Life and our beloved son was born to us. We were blessed with 36yrs of marriage.
I have expressed myself as a Born Again Christian through:
40yrs Northwest Airlines.
40yrs Children's Ministry.
30yrs Clown Ministry.
30yrs Wa. State Youth Soccer Coach.
20yrs Institute Christian Ministries.
20yrs International Ministries.
I helped rescue children in such locations as the garbage dumps of Mexico, the orphanages of Romania and beneath the streets of Kiev.
Today, I own Integrity Group LLC, a real estate investment entity.

you may be interested to know why my name and picture are not in our annual. There is a 'story behind the story'. You see, you knew me as 'Gary'. Today I am Sharon. I have been transgendered the whole of my life. I have known myself to be Mom and Daddy's little girl since the age of three or four. Of the Gender ID breakdowns that I have suffered, I did not 'make it back' from the most horrific one in 2003. Understandably, I lost the Love of my Life, our 36yr marriage, as well as, our beloved son and his family. This was a most tragic and horrific event for us all. Even as Christians, life presents us with challenges that our broken hearts know to be unfair. I do not believe that a lifetime will see the complete healing of our injured hearts.
